I have a lot of great memories, but I can’t imagine anything more exciting than my life at Adecco: 10 years 10 months and 14 days at Adecco – my 2nd amiable workplace in my life
After leaving Double A, which was my first workplace that I worked for nearly 6 years, I stepped into my second workplace here at Adecco. I’ve never even thought that I would be able to work in one place for such a long period of time. It’s been longer than I spent my life at pre-school, primary, secondary and high school, my undergrad or my grad school. Adecco is the place where I always feel excited to go to work every day. I feel love and have very strong commitment toward the organization and colleagues. As the truth, stronger the tree, deeper the roots. The decision I made to leave this fond job and workplace was not easy, however, with my clear and purpose-driven goal, I have decided to move on.

There is a saying that “always remember the good, forget the bad, and always remember people who have helped you along the way. So…
I will always remember – P’Tuk Phitaya, my direct supervisor who I’ve enjoyed working with for almost 11 years. You came in to interview me even on the day you were not feeling so well. You gave me a lot of opportunities, including a chance to name my own tittle and my team’s name. You saw my potential that you needed me in this organization since when no one in marketplace talked about Digital & Tech. Thank you for all you have done to me with love and kindness. You listened to me unwearyingly and attentionally. You gave me chances to think and do things. I sincerely thank you for the support and opportunities you gave. You taught me everything, not just about only work, but life. I could not be more grateful to you for all the love and good wishes you’ve given me. We have fate, trust and respect in each other. We’ve been through many difficulties and we see eye to eye on things. And, most importantly, we are always honest and sincere to each other. If I’ve been asked what makes a great boss, I definitely would tell that a person like you, who always lead to higher morale and greater motivation, is the great boss.

I will always remember – P’Tidarat, my big boss who has been working and been a great leader at Adecco for 27 years. With your great vision and trust in the People & Technology-Driven, you agreed to hire me to be a part of this renowned firm. One of your words of advice that I will always keep in mind is “You will hear your own voice when you keep talking, but if you listen, you will hear others”. Thank you for bestowing me with your precious advice. I will miss you and I will take all your words with me.

I will always remember – N’Give Boonmaporn – my dear delightful colleague / lil sis who always was my personal counselor on the job, life, team management, as well as self-development to be a better leader each and every day. Whenever we both had free time in the morning, we went to Starbucks and we took turns to be each other’s Life Coach. You deliberately listened and came up with the best possible solutions. Thank you so much lil sis. I will miss you and I am sad that the joyride of working with you has to come to an end.

I will always remember – P’Mod. At the beginning of my career at Double A, P’Mod, you was the first new friend from different university who then worked side by side with me for long time and then you left company to pursue your next career journey. I asked you to join me working here at Adecco, my 2nd career move, where I had really no one in my team for coding and setting up the system, and you said yes. You are not just a friend, a big brother, but you were also ATM for cashless girl like me. You always lent me money in advance, and I paid you back later via mobile banking at all time. You listened to me calmly and patiently in every work and life problems of mine. I’ve transferred all my skills, work knowledge and experience to you to take on once I leave my job. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you for a good friend like you. All those memories and funny moments we had will always stay fresh in my mind.

I will always remember – all Marketing Technology team, those who are still working here and those who have left. Doesn’t matter you are team leaders – who always take good care of your team – and all of you. Thank you for all the cooperation that you extended to me to create a better work and great culture together. I had a lovely time working with you all. I will surely miss everything about you, your presence, your laugh and your love. Thank you so much for your support guys! I am really going to miss you!

I will always remember – all colleagues at Adecco Consulting, all Adecco branches and APAC-Marketing. We’ve been working together in many projects and I’ve gained loads of experience with you all. I want to express my grateful regards to you, my friends and colleagues. You have been so good to me and I really enjoyed working with you all!
Last, but not least, Once Adecco, Always Adecco. I’d like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude toward this organization. This is the place that teaches you not only about work and how to do your work, but also teaches you about people and value of great relationship as people are the heart of every business. And this’s not always easy to teach someone, it takes a lot of time and effort to slowly absorb, learn, practice and adjust through time, and finally, it has been blended to my daily life wherever I am.
Goodbye, till we meet again. I love you Adecco!
